Some customers found that the film became wrinkled when they received the film, and ask to return the goods. We are really hard to accept this demand, because we have foresaw that case. The wrinkled film have no any impact when you operate the dipping. In generally, customers can’t accept this explanation, because they don’t understand the features of water transfer printing film.

 

The base material of water transfer printing film is PVA film, is water-soluble film. Its feature is dissolved in water. Film had been greatly effect by temperature or humidity, especially humidity. The film will become soft and wrinkled once the humidity over 50%, and delivery’s time and condition also make film become wrinkled, we can avoid it. We think that it is unreasonable that you think the film is bad quality when 

you saw the film wrinkled. It is you don’t understand the features of film.
